My current class just loves rhyming books and songs with patterns.

It really is such a favorite. If you learn how to \”chant\” the words, the children will learn them even quicker and be able to chant most of the story with you.

They were able to pick up on the pattern of “I’ll meet you at the top of the coconut tree”. They would help me when that part came in the story .
