Our family loves Blokus as well- although the kids are much better at it than Larry or I. Once you start seeing Pentominoes, they are EVERYWHERE. Thanks for the recommendation.

(She also loved \”The Puzzling World of Winston Breen\” which has some logic puzzles as part of the plot, just in case anyone is looking for books for puzzle loving 10 year olds).

Not long after we played Blokus (a strategy game involving shape placement) at a friend\’s house, which all of us, including the six year old loved.
